We decided to freeze the green beans. The process is pretty easy. Start by cutting the ends off and cutting them into pieces. Turns out Lillie likes raw green beans.
Then a few minutes in the boiling water.
Finally a few minutes in the ice water to cool them off.
Measured to serving size and vacuum sealed.
